Aerospace tube is a kind of seamless steel pipe with high strength and thick wall. It is widely applied in aerospace equipment. There are different grades of pipes. 10#, 20#, 35# and 45# types are general tubes. 27SiMn, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910, 15CrMo, 35CrMo grades of pipes are alloy steel pipes. 16Mn aerospace tube, different from general steel pipe and alloy steel tube, is called low alloy seamless steel pipe.

• We configure advanced thermal treatment equipment with small temperature difference inside the furnace to ensure stable heating temperature. We also provide rotating cooling system for this seamless steel pipe to ensure that water quenching of steel pipe cools uniformly. Two Siemens electronic control six roll straightening machines ensure the straightness of aerospace tubes after heat treatment.

Features

• It is characterized by high strength, uniform and stable structure and performance. This seamless steel pipe uses pure steel (P ≤ 0.020%, S ≤ 0.010%).
• JST aerospace tube features high wall thickness precision and small tolerance range. The unevenness of the same section is equal to or less than 9.5%.
• The control precision of heat treatment furnace temperature is equal to or less than 5℃.
• This seamless steel pipe has low residual press. After heat treatment and high temperature tempering, we adopt hot straightening. The final straightening temperature is controlled to be equal to or more than 450℃.
