Quality Assurance

Since its foundation, JST formulates the policy of “Quality Affects the Development, Attitude Leads to Success, and Clients' Satisfaction is Our Pursuit”. In order to ensure the quality of our steel tubes, JST installs advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment (including stretching, flattening, flaring, expanding, bending, impact, hardness, mechanical properties, metallographic testing, etc.). We also set up complete inspections to control measurements and establish strict management system.

The details about quality assurance are as follows:
  • Specific products are supervised and inspected by second party or third party.
  • JST has invited third party to supervise our steel tubes for years. Presently there are always dozens of them working in our factory daily to check all the planned products.
  • Advanced ERP System
  • ERP system checks all the process from billet to tube. Only the steel tubes pass inspection, they can be sold and obtain the quality certification.
  • Key Products Strictly Produced as per the Quality Plan
  • Before the planned products are produced, the producing department will work out quality plans, and strictly manufacture and inspect. This can guarantee the quality of the steel tubes until approved by the clients.
