From the initial order to product design, JST actively communicates with customers and knows their using conditions and environments. Orders are strictly approved. The production process of steel pipes is implemented in strict accordance with the inner quality standard higher than clients' requirements.

Our company carefully designs raw materials according to product standards and customers' requests. We also formulate steel tube technology agreement. JST procures raw materials from domestic first-class steel production enterprises, such as Baosteel, Taiyuan Special Steel, Northeast Special Steel, Shagang Group, Xingcheng Special Steel, etc.). Steel pipes are strictly tested (including dimension, composition, macrostructure, non-metallic inclusion, and so on).

• If there exists any quality problem after receiving steel tubes by customers, including any problem in the transportation, customers can return them. We will bear the return postage. Man-made damage is excluded.
