API 5CT Pup Joint

Introduction A pup joint is a pipe without standard length. API SPEC 5CT pup joints are used to adjust the height of full length tubing or casing strings to exact requirement. 1. API SPEC 5CT pup joints are tubing with short length, and are used for spacing out downhole assemblies, as well as handling tubing accessories.
2. With our sophisticated manufacturing facility, we produce these joints by using high grade raw materials (which are sourced from vendors of high repute) and cutting edge technology to ensure their sturdy design and longer functionality.
3. API SPEC 5CT pup joints can be ordered individually or in set.
4. Checking these OCTG pup joints with the assistance of quality controllers guarantees their resistance against abrasion and longer service life.
5. Locating on site gives the operator the flexibility of adjusting location depths of downhole assemblies, such as spacing out tubing hanger when sealing.

1. API SPEC 5CT pup joints manufactured by JST are available in both API and proprietary grades steel, stainless steel and CRA steel.
2. API casing and tubing pup joints are manufactured according to API Spec 5CT using prime API monogrammed seamless oil country tubing.
3. Our OCTG pup joints are available with premium connections in API alloy grades. Either API or proprietary threaded connections may be provided.
4. JST will manufacture API SPEC 5CT pup joints to any length. Typical lengths are 2", 4", 6", 8" and 10".
