Quality Control

Since its establishment, JST takes "Quality Determines Survival, Success Depends on Details, Customer Satisfaction is Our Standard" as the quality principle. Holding the sprit of manufacturing high quality of various pipes or tubing, like API steel pipe, drill pipe, submarine line pipe, JST takes advanced production and testing equipment (including tensile, flattening, diameter expanding, flaring, bending test, impact, hardness testing, mechanical property testing, metallurgical analysis, etc.). We also take comprehensive detection and control measures to develop a strict management system.

• Second party and third-party supervision and third-party inspection for key products
• JST has adopted the third party company for supervision in the early days. At present, the number of long-term supervision companies is as many as a dozen. Almost all key products are in third-party or second party supervision.
• Advanced quality ERP information management system
• From the production of products to the finished products, the whole process is strictly implemented by tracking management, which ensures the product traceability. Products storage is controlled by the ERP system. Only after the inspection data is qualified, ERP system can issue warehouse warrant and quality certificate.
• Key products in strict accordance with the quality plan
• We must make quality programs for new product development, mass production, key products and all of the second and third-party supervised products. We also hold preparation meetings before production and send the quality plan to the relevant executive departments. The executive departments should produce and check products in strict accordance with product quality plan to ensure high quality of various pipes or tubing, like API steel pipe, drill pipe, submarine line pipe, etc.
