Premium Connection

At the early stage of its application, the premium connection for oil well tube is designed according to different oil fields, blocks and well conditions. With more complicated well condition, serving condition of the tube is more demanding. We have designed and tested various connections in oil field and about 10 are selected. These representative premium connections almost can meet all requirements for oil field application.

Features and Applications1. Premium connection casing and tubing is a high technical product combining practice and theory. Our samples have passed tests of authoritative testing organization.
2. High connection strength makes this type of connection suitable for deep well and extra-deep well.
3. Great sealing property makes it applicable in high pressure gas well, oil well and thermal recovery well.
4. Strong bending resistance makes premium connection appropriate for deviated well, large displacement well and horizontal well.
5. It is easy and fast to screw on, and cross-thread is difficult, which makes it applicable for drilling operation in harsh environment, such as desert, ocean, etc.
6. Thread gluing resistance makes the connection able to be screwed on and off repeatedly without harming thread.
7. It also has properties of high excessive torque resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.
