Onshore Line Pipe

Description JST provides a wide range of seamless and welded onshore line pipe for using in demanding conditions. Our line pipes (such as oil and gas pipelines, water and sewage pipeline, etc.) are suitable for transportation of natural gas, oil, mineral slurry, water (like waste water from milling and grinding processes, waste water for sedimentation and treatment reservoirs, treated and untreated water for urban water supply systems), etc.

1. Oil and Gas Pipelines for Transportation and Distribution
JST onshore line pipes are developed for application in demanding working environments. Our products meet the oil industry’s needs for onshore transportation and are ideal for use in extreme conditions, such as corrosive environment, low or high temperature, high pressure and sour media.
2. Oil and Gas Gathering Lines
Oil and gas gathering lines are steel pipes that transport oil or gas from the producing area to a storage facility or larger main pipeline. JST provides steel pipes in various grades and diameters for use in constructing gathering lines and gathering systems.
3. Gas Transmission Trunk Lines
Natural gas is transported through the transmission system of onshore line pipe, which is composed of large-diameter steel pipe. JST offers welded large-diameter pipes used for the construction of onshore long-distance gas transmission pipeline systems.
4. Water and Sewage Pipelines
JST manufactures pipes for water and sewage transportation. We also provide special parts for these onshore line pipes, such as curves, tees, reductions and crosses. JST has been involved in many related major projects, such as water mains and network systems, onshore sewage pipelines, water treatment and pumping stations, irrigation, etc.
5. Mineral Slurry Pipelines
JST provides a variety of seamless and welded pipes for mining industry. Different types of internal coatings are used in order to increase resistance against abrasion caused by the moving mineral slurry in onshore line pipe. The pipes for this application have nominal diameters ranging from 150 mm to 1200 mm and thicknesses from 4.4 mm to 31.8 mm. Products with coating can be supplied depending on needs of customers.
