On May 16th, JST sent people to take part in the technical seminar of Beijing metallurgy energy conservation and environment protection. This meeting is held by China Iron and Steel Association, The Chinese Society for Metals and China Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. They invented nearly 60 iron and steel enterprises in China and 11 research institutes of China Metallurgical Group to discuss the topic of energy conservation and environment protection, green steel subject. It is one of the largest seminars in this industry. In this meeting, The China Metallurgical Group issues more than 60 new technology, new achievements and application examples which include China Metallurgical Academy of Building Research and China Metallurgical Equipment Institute and other nine designing institutes’ new technological achievements and succeed cases. There are more than 200 people to attend this meeting who come from association, enterprise, designing institute, local government, news media ect. They discussed the new technology of saving energy and protecting environment of metallurgy and also conducted the group communication according to business need, which has got good effect.
