High Pressure Boiler Tube High pressure boiler tube is a kind of seamless steel pipe. The manufacturing method is similar to that of seamless tube, but it is manufactured with high requirements of steel. It is often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions and high temperature flue gas and steam make it easy to be corroded. JST boiler tubes are produced with high endurance strength, high oxidation corrosion resistance performance and high stability. This high pressure seamless steel pipe is mainly used for manufacturing superheater tube, reheater tube, gas-guide tube and main steam pipe in high pressure and ultrahigh pressure boilers. Low and medium pressure boiler tube is made through the process of punching steel ingot or solid pipe billet into hollow billet, hot rolling, and cold rolling or cold drawing.

Manufacturing Process of Seamless Steel Pipe for Boiler We adopt hot rolling, cold drawing and hot expanding manufacturing process.

Standards There are mainly three standards for boiler tubes including ASME SA106, ASME SA210, ASME SA213 and DIN17175 standard.

Applications JST seamless steel pipe can be used as heating surface pipe, economizer, superheater, reheater, petrochemical industrial pipe and others in high pressure boilers (The working pressure is above 9.8 Mpa and the working temperature is between 450℃ to 650℃.). It can also be applied to the heating surface pipe in low and medium pressure boilers (The working pressure is not more than 5.88 Mpa and the working temperature is below 450℃.).

Seamless Steel Pipe for Pressure Vessel

Standard: JIS G3429 We mainly produce different grades of seamless steel pipes for pressure vessel, such as 37Mn, 34Mn2V, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, STH11, STH12, STH21, STH22, etc.

Applications This seamless steel tube is mainly used for the production of fuel gas or hydraulic cylinders, high pressure vessel and cylinder seamless steel pipe.

Steel Manufacturing Method Our steel is smelted by electric furnace or oxygen converter.

Manufacturing Method of Steel Pipe Seamless steel pipe for pressure vessel is made by hot rolling or cold rolling (cold drawing) methods.

Delivery Condition Hot-rolled steel pipe is delivered in hot-rolled condition, while cold-rolled steel tubes are delivered in normalized or annealed conditions.
