Bridge and building often use seamless structural steel pipes. We mainly adopt ASME A519 standard. Representative steel grades include 20#, 45#, Q345-Q460, 40Mn2 and 45Mn2.

  • The surface of steel tube for bridge building is of good quality. There is no visible crack, wrinkling, rolling skin and abscission layer on the inside and outside surface. We can completely remove the flaws and the removal depth is not allowed to exceed the negative deviation of nominal wall thickness. After removal process, the actual wall thickness of this structural steel pipe should not be smaller than the allowable minimum wall thickness deviation.
  • We also have professional inspection personnel who will detect the unobvious inner and outer surface defects on seamless steel tubes. If find any flaw, they will do polishing, removal, repair and a series of processes based on their specific characteristics. These processes are carried out in accordance with relevant standards.
  • After the above treatment, our inspectors will check structural steel pipes again. We also measure the wall thickness to guarantee stable performance of steel tube for bridge building.
