Applications JIS G3461 carbon steel tube is a kind of pipe used for transferring heat inside and outside the pipe. It is widely used as boiler water tube, smoke tube, superheater tube, air preheating tube, and so on.

We have German full spectrum direct-reading spectrometer, Japan metallurgical microscope, impact testing machine, tensile testing machine, computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine and a variety of machine tools. They can do tensile, flaring, flattening, curling and other physical tests for carbon steel tubes in order to guarantee thier stable performance.

Note:
1. OD refers to outside diameter.
2. The above table is only applicable for heat exchanger carbon steel tubes. The buyer can appoint the upper limit value of tensile strength. The upper limit value of tensile strength is the above shown value plus 120 N/mm2.
3. For the carbon steel pipes with the thickness of less than 8 mm, we use NO.12 sample for tensile test. The minimum elongation will be reduced by 1.5% from the table value when the thickness reduces 1 mm. The value ​​obtained will be rounded to an integer value according to JIS Z8401 (a rounding method).
4. When we take the electric resistance welded steel pipes for tensile test, we also choose NO.12 sample from the parts not containing welding seams.
