There are many standards applicable for fluid seamless steel pipes, such as ASTM A106, ASTM A179, ASTM A192, ASTM A333, ASTM A335, JIS G3452, BS 3059, DIN 1629, DIN 17175 and API 5L. We mainly produce various grades of fluid steel pipes, such as 10#, 20#, Q295, Q345, Q390, Q420, Q460, etc.

Description Fluid conveying pipe is a kind of fluid seamless steel pipe. With hollow section and no welding seam, it is often used for conveying fluid, such as petroleum, natural gas, water and some solid materials. Fluid steel pipe is of light weight and is widely utilized for producing structural components and mechanical parts, such as petroleum drill rod, automobile transmission shaft, bicycle frame and steel scaffold used in construction. We use fluid seamless steel pipes to produce annular parts, which improves the material utilization rate, simplifies the manufacturing procedures, and saves material and processing time. Fluid steel pipe can also be used to convey coal gas, oil, air, warm steam and other pressure fluid.

Manufacturing Technology We adopt heat treatment (annealing and normalizing) to process fluid seamless steel pipes.
