This hot-rolled seamless steel pipe often needs to go through hardening and tempering, chemical hot treatment, surface hardening and other thermal treatments. Features of Hydraulic Prop Tube
  • With no oxidation layer on the outside and inside of JST hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, it can withstand high pressure. It also features no leakage, high precision, high fineness and no cold-bending deformation. After flaring and flattening, there is no seam. After surface derusting process, our hydraulic prop tubes acquire good mechanical processing properties.
  • The general length of JST hot-rolled seamless steel pipe is 3000 mm to 12000 mm. The allowable delivery length of each batch of pipes should not be less than 2000 mm, and the weight should not exceed five percent of the ordered pipe weight.
  • Our company configures fixed-length cutting machines. We can cut pipes according to the fixed length provided by customers. This ensures the length accuracy of our hydraulic prop tubes.
  • The two ends of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes can be cut to be perpendicular to the pipe axis. We should remove the burrs on the end surface.

Delivery Status We always deliver our hydraulic prop tubes in hot rolling state. We can also deliver products in annealing or hardening and tempering states according to clients' requirements.
