Pipes for Voyage

This product is a kind of seamless steel tube used in voyage equipment. We can make use of grades of steel (10#, 20#, 35#, 45#, 16Mn, 20G, 27SiMn, Cr5Mo, 12Cr1MoV, 12Cr1MoVG, 10CrMo910, 15CrMo, 15CrMoG, 35CrMo, WB36, 42CrMo, 12CrMo, 12Cr2MoV, 40CrMo, 20CrMo and 12CrMoVG) to produce steel pipe for voyage. JST can manufacture seamless steel tube for voyage with the outside thickness of 8 mm to 340 mm and the wall thickness of 1 mm to 45 mm. We are also able to provide different specifications of seamless pipes according to customers' requirements. Our company often adopts hot rolling, cold drawing, thermal expansion, cold rolling and other manufacturing techniques to produce steel pipe for voyage.

Applications This seamless steel tube is used in general structure and mechanical structure. It is utilized for transporting fluid in engineering and large equipment, industrial boiler, domestic boiler, marine boiler and superheater. Steel pipe for voyage can be used as Class I and Class II pressure-proof pipe. It is widely used in high temperature and high pressure fluid pipeline, boiler in oil refineries, heat exchanger, scaffolding and others. This seamless steel tube can also be used for making all kinds of gas welded steel pipes, hydraulic cylinders, and so on.

• Heat Treatment
• JST owns two heat treatment production lines. The bigger line can process casings with the length of less than 13.5 m (φ114 mm to φ406 mm). The annual output is 150,000 tons. This line has three process routes including quenching and tempering, normalizing, normalizing and tempering. While the smaller production line for seamless steel tube can process casings with the length of less than 12.5 m (φ57 mm to φ180 mm). The annual output is 50,000 tons. This thermal treatment production line for steel pipe has two process routes including quenching and tempering and normalizing.
• Surface Appearance
• The inside and outside surface of this seamless steel tube has no crack, fold, rolled bending and abscission. The both ends are at right angles. There is no burr on the steel pipe for voyage.

• It has good corrosion resistance. 3PE corrosion resistance steel tube consists of epoxy powder (FBE > 100 um), adhesive (AD, 170 um to 250 um) and polyethylene (PE, 2.5 mm to 3.7 mm). In actual use, we often mix the three materials to make excellent erosion resistant coatings on the seamless steel tube. The processing modes include winding type and circular mould coating type.
• JST anti-corrosion steel pipe production line can be applied to single-layer FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), double-layer FBE, double-layer PE and PP and 3 PE pipe. This line can process tubes with the minimum diameter of Φ 104 mm (4 "), the maximum diameter of Φ 1600 mm (63 ") and the biggest processing capacity of more than 350 m2/h. The line for seamless steel tube composes of steel pipe transmission system, surface treatment system, tube body dust removal system, heating system, electrostatic spraying system, coating system, water cooling system, cutting system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, testing system, electric control system, etc.

Packaging We package our seamless steel tubes in bundles. They are directly loaded on trucks and then transported by sea.
