  • Heat Treatment
  • JST owns micro oxidation and non-oxidation heat treatment furnace with the temperature of not exceeding 5℃. The furnace temperature makes the precision steel pipe acquire smooth surface and stable performance. The surface is in non-oxidation state.
  • Performance Control of Precision Steel Tube
  • We configure multiple inspection equipment and professional inspectors who have got the appropriate qualification certificate. JST production process is in accordance with PDCA circular total quality management system (TQMS). We strictly control the production process of precision steel pipes. According to customers' requirements, we will carry out inspections for precision steel tubes to guarantee stable performance, such as eddy current inspection, magnetic powder inspection, magnetic flux leakage inspection, ultrasonic joint inspection, etc.
  • Dimension Control
  • EN 1035 sets the allowable dimension deviation of precision steel pipes. Under the control of JST advanced rolling technology, we can control the dimension deviation within the standard prescribed range. JST manufacturing technique even narrows the standard tolerance range.
