Introduction ASTMA210/ASME SA210 seamless steel tube for boiler and superheater is a kind of seamless medium-carbon steel pipe with minimum wall thickness. It can be used as boiler pipe, boiler flue pipe (including safe end, vault and support tube) and superheater pipe. This carbon steel seamless pipe is extensively used in boiler, chemical engineering, electric power and other industries. It can also be used in the manufacturing of boiler water wall, economizer, reheater and steam pipes.

  • Heat Treatment
  • JST seamless steel tube for hot-trimming boiler and superheater does not make heat treatment. After the last cold drawing, cold-finished carbon steel seamless pipe will do subcritical annealing, full annealing or normalizing heat treatment. JST has micro-oxidation and non-oxidation furnace with temperature of not exceeding 5℃, which makes the surface of boiler and superheater tube achieve the status of non-oxidation layer and makes the steel surface smooth. The performance of boiler and superheater seamless steel tubes are relatively stable.
  • Performance Control
  • We configure a variety of testing machines for this carbon steel seamless pipe and professional inspectors who have appropriate qualifications. JST production process is in accordance with PDCA comprehensive quality management system, strictly controlling the production process of the seamless steel tube for boiler and superheater. We check pipes according to customers' requirements, such as eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, magnetic flux leakage testing, ultrasonic joint inspection and other related inspection reports for carbon steel seamless pipe.
  • Manufacturing
  • According to ASTM A210/ASME SA210 standards, the steelmaking process of this seamless steel tube uses killed steel. We also produce in accordance with the customers' specific requirements and adopt cold finishing or hot-trimming or hot finishing.
