  • JST has kinds of inspection equipment that can test the inner and outer surface quality of seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes. In the production process, there always exist some surface quality defects, such as flaw, scar, wrinkling, laceration, rolling burr and others. UNICORN ultrasonic joint inspection machine, automatic ultrasonic testing machine and magnetic flux leakage testing machine are used for detecting obvious surface defects of seamless non-alloy steel pipes.
  • We also have professional inspection personnel who will detect the unobvious inner and outer surface defects on seamless steel tubes. If find any flaw, they will do polishing, removal, repair and a series of processes based on their specific characteristics.
  • Under the control of advanced rolling technology, JST can control the allowable deviation range of non-alloy steel pipes within the scope of standard regulations, even narrow the tolerance range. We can also provide seamless steel tubes with specific dimensions required by customers.

Delivery According to the requirements, JST is able to supply seamless steel pipes at normalizing state or normalizing-forming state.
